Kodikkuus, from the Finnish, means coziness:
it conveys warmth, harmony and wellbeing.
These are the values which define my architecture.
Hus is the 'place' par excellence, the house.
Hence, the birth of Kodik hus.
At the base of Monte Rosa there is a small village settled by the Walser people in the XII century, where simple buildings are made by intricate wooden joints and stone blocks.
These are small gems which respond both to residential and functional needs dictated by the hostile mountain surroundings [more].
In the center of Turin, the intervention involves a portion of a large office. The project aims to change the appearance of the office. A new image: strong, concrete and modern, integrating with the traditional aspect.
In the Turin hills behind the Gran Madre church the project for the Nuova Paideia Foundation is developed. An ambitious and innovative project.
